+: The location and the view.

-: Unfortunately this house is in very tired condition.Basic things that you would expect from even a budget holiday rental were broken (loo seats, showers,outside furniture, outside lights, pool surround etc! There was a mountain of old cigarettes and cigars in a pot on the main balcony, even though the Villa is non smoking. We repeatedly tried to contact the Villa manager to fix the upstairs loo and shower, but she never got back to us and nothing was fixed throughout our stay. I have to say this rather put a dampener on our otherwise lovely holiday! Sadly in its current state this Villa should not be let. Such a shame as the house is lovely and it really wouldn't take a lot to fix it!

+: The location and the views were excellent. The salt water pool and the over all size of property were very good. Yannis grocery is very convenient and well stocked, and if you need more choices, the proximity to Kassiopi is very good. Directions to the property were very good.

-: Property could use some updating. Shower in master bed room is a hand held, telephone type shower attachment in the tub, with no curtain or door, so you have to sit in the bath to have a shower. Shower in one bedroom downstairs is also over the bath with no curtain or door, and also fluctuates with any other water usage in the house, which causes the shower head to fall off the bracket. Second shower downstairs is really the only usable shower, however the bracket is broken, so you need to hold the shower head. Outdoor sofabench and lounge cushions are very well worn. Any other villa we have rented in the past has included some sort of welcome package. Due to a flight delay, we arrived later than planned. We arrived to one bottle of water, no hand soap anywhere in the house, and one dishwasher tablet. At previous rentals, left over essentials from other guests were left for the next booking, and if we used anything up, we replaced it. We have appreciated arriving to a rental in the past which had some basics to start with.

+: The view over the sea towards Albanian mountains is breathtaking both by day and night! The house is spacious enough for 3 couples, with three bedrooms each en suite. Quiet location in North Corfu. Many places to sit around the house, with the balcony our favourite.

-: Being the first guests in the season (first week of May) the evenings may be chilly, and there is no real heating for the living rooms apart from putting the bedroom airco on heating. Central heating present but not functional, and fireplace not allowed to use. Plenty of warm blankets though to make it cosy. Further take care that your mobile phone does not automatically connects with the Albanian network (outside European roaming agreement). Costed us 90 euro’s to share 4 pictures with each other at a nasty 2,5 euro per MB😏. Would have been nice if this would be mentioned in the pre-information.
