+: Very large, modern villa with pool and ample space. Bali is great and there is lots to do. Air con very good and kitchen

-: The villa has not been maintained by the host, many items not working, lots of minor damage broken furniture etc. Also - and important for most, there is a new concrete building being raised in front of the house, with bare concrete and rebar - this somewhat mars the otherwise lovely view. No cleaning or rubbish taken away for the whole 11 days, which in the heat became smelly outside. Many pictures are misleading e.g. there are no bikes, the PlayStation is old and broken, damaged decking around the pool. The door to the cleaning cupboard is off it's hinges and would be a hazard to young kids. Important to note that these issues are longstanding with many of the same issues reported by other guests- we were told that the host has been unwell and hasn't been on top of things, the villa reflects this. For the money, many of these issues should be taken care of. The new build in front of the house is unfortunate, but obviously out of the hosts control. We are not unreasonable people, hardly ever complain - so you can draw conclusions from that.

+: Die Lage und der Pool sind wirkliche gut👍

-: Das Haus ist abgelebt, vieles ist kaputt und anders als die Bilder. Reinigung während des Aufenthaltes erfolgte nicht. Check out war um elf, reinigungskraft kam bereits um 9 Uhr, dass geht gar nicht.

+: Great location. Villa layout very good with lots of space. Was really clean. Comfy beds.

-: Very stressful organizing access - last minute contact from the owner despite several emails from us prior to arrival. Falsely advertised, some photos were very old or not this property at all but a sister villa which is privately owned. Poor interior facilities. Indoor dining table is falling apart. Fridge would only operate on the highest setting freezing any fresh produce - lettuce fruit etc. Broken dishwasher. Lock box with no keys. Broken hairdryer. Broken rickety outdoor dining chairs & table. Poor swimming pool cleanliness. One bike with flat wheels. No instruction information booklet.

+: The location is brilliant, a good shop nearby and a short walk to the port (albeit steep walk back!). Lots of space and a great pool. Aircon works really well.

-: Das Haus ist mehr als verwohnt und von Sauberkeit kann nicht gesprochen werden! Die Couch hatte Flecken, es hingen Kabel aus der Wand, der Pool war nicht sauber und bei einem Schlafzimmer kam beim öffnen der Tür die Zarge raus. lüftungsgitter hingen von der Decke und im Badezimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer hatten wir Ameisen. Das Wasser stank erbärmlich so das wir unsere Kinder damit nicht waschen konnten.. am liebsten wären wir sofort wieder nach Hause gefahren! Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt und die Reinigung erfolgte ebenfalls nicht. Leider kam von der Vermieterin kein Feedback zu den geschriebenen Mängeln - es wurde schlichtweg ignoriert.Das Haus hat überhaupt nichts mit den Fotos zu tun!

+: מיקום מעולה הבריכה נקייה מיטות נוחות הרבה מקום ומיטות ומקום בארונות נוף מהמם בונים משהו מהלמטה של הנכס אבל לא ממש מפריע בנוף. מאוד נקי והכול לפי התיאור.

-: היה בחדר שינה הגדול נזילה מהמזגן שהבעלים ידע עליה ולא עשה עם זה כלום. היה קשה לתקשר איתו הוא לא ענה כמעט אף פעם. בנוסף האינטרנט עבד רק בקומה התחתונה ובחדרי שינה הוא לא עבד. הרשתות בחלק מהדלתות לא היו מחוברות בכלל
