+: Beautiful views to mountains and see, nice garden and big pool. Lot of space in the villa.

-: No air conditioning in the top floor making it very hot to stay in kitchen and living room. No welcoming at all from the owners - we did not see anybody during the week, fridge totally empty when we arrived (not even couple bottles of water), some basic things missing like diswashing liquid or dish brush. Wifi worked only in the top floor. Satellite channels did not work at all. Bit messy view inside the villa as there were electric wires hanging here and there, and radiator pipes coming from the floor in every room (we assume those were radiator pipes but radiators were not installed).

+: Peaceful location. Great pool.

-: No AC in living area.

+: Spacious, clean, and well located, this was a great home base for relaxing while exploring the surrounding area. It’s close to some amazing beaches and is well supplied for cooking at home which was important for our family. The pool was wonderful and our kids enjoyed it. The balconies are very nice and you can see the ocean.

+: Location was superb, views of mountains sea. Loved the outdoor area, pool was fantastic, barbecue. Very well stocked with everything needed, kitchen utensils.

-: Not a dislike, but you will need a car, everything is just a little to far away to walk. No air conditioning in the kitchendiningliving area. Air-conditioning in one the bedrooms was poor.

+: Excellent place! Amazing view from one side to mountains and sea view from other side. Very nice and beautiful lake around 3km walking. Nice sand beaches in that area. Everything was perfect at our trip. Very recommending Villa Ostria. Owners friendly as well. We were surprised that they prepare for us some food and water before our stay at Villa Ostria.

+: Вілла чудова! Гарний вид на море і гори. На кухні є все, що потрібно і навіть більше! Гарні тераси! Оливкова роща навкруги басейну- це щось неймовірне! Господарі дуже привітні і гостинні! Ми обов'язково повернемось сюди в наступному році!
