+: Hotel is centrally located near places such as Ubud Palace, art center, Jln Goutama, Batubara Wood Fire. The staff were courteous and helpful in planning a birthday surprise for my wife (opted for the 900K package).

-: There was alot of noise generated due to the a new building next to the hotel undergoing construction. There is no way you can really rest in the afternoon if you are planning to head back to the hotel for a short break. The birthday package which I arranged in advance was a great disappointment, it was supposed to include a setup with 20 balloons, a letter balloon spelling "Happy Birthday", a medium cake, tote bag, cookies and medium bouquet. The plastic knife provided to cut the cake was dirty. Anyone can tell that it was used before and slipped back into the plastic wrapper. There were even stains on the knife from the previous usage (I am ok if they want to recycle, but can they at least clean it and make it look new). The tote bag mentioned was no where to be seen and only after checking with the staff on duty, only did they realised. They flower bouquet was appalling. Roses fully bloomed to the extent the petals were about to fall off the stalk. No way are they fit as a birthday gift. In fact I wouldn't dare give it to my wife unless I wish to make her my ex-wife. To add insult to the situation, the manager did not even bother speaking to me but instead proxy through poor the staff on duty and offered to deduct 100k for the unpleasant experience. I would expect it to be fully waived. Bed bugs! Room 207 has bed bugs in there. So be careful!

+: Beautiful spacious rooms with everything we needed. Staff were incredibly helpful and we loved chilling by the pool. Location is central to all the cafes, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

+: Very clean and comfortable rooms. Smart TV. Amazing rainfall style shower. Coffee machine. Large waters in room. Free safe. Robe + flip flops. Great staff. Bed very comfortable.Booked this as a ‘halfway point bit of comfort’ for backpacking travel around Bali and it definitely fulfilled our expectations. Although the price is steeper compared to other accommodation options in Ubud which are just as good but this hotel is perfect if you like the extras and a more modernwestern style hotel room.

-: Balcony directly overlooking parking area behind hotel. Somewhat noisy throughout night and early morning on the area outside our room door.

+: Hotel was great especially as we booked last minute due to our villa having too many geckos (I’m frightened of them!) Room was spacious in general and location was very good too. Air con worked tv worked and wifi connection worked

-: Room was quite dark and most important was very damp. We were given a dehumidifier (electric one) and were emptying this out many times on a daily basis. The dehumidifier did help but it was a nuisance to empty daily many times daily. Aside from these it really was great.

+: Such an amazing hotel, near city center, rooms are spacious clean and mine have a perfect view, staff are generous ans helpful, they gave me goodies on arrival, and had the chance to take a Yoga course for free at the terrace. I would definitely recommend this place!

+: Industrial feel boutique hotel.Modern with everything you need and helpful staff.

-: Slightly annoying that the bathroom door gets in the way of getting to the toilet.Also a couple of cockroaches around because of the unseasonal rain (cloud seeding)

+: Lovely spacious rooms, loved the coffee machine - great touch! Really nice pool. Staff are fantastic - helped with lots of questionsrecommendations over WhatsApp to make the most of our stay. Location is good for exploring southern bit of Ubud with Monkey Forest, and walk about 15-20 mins into central Ubud

-: Pool area is quite small with a few loungers if there are a few guests using. Restaurant next door Flock (where breakfast is served) has great quality food but a bit of a limited drinks menu for evening
