+: LOCATION, LOCATION! We selected this accomodation for the direct beach access and it was truly perfect. 11 out of 10 for surf access. 11 out of 10 for the outdoor ammenities. The TWO pools were wonderful and we lived outside 99% of our stay. The view, pool variety and beautiful gardens exceeded expectations! Villa was spacious but in need of some TLC and cleanliness.
-: The villa is showing it's need for maintenance. I can sympathize the upkeep is hard on the ocean. I few things to note: -The bathrooms did not feel clean, such as floor mats left out and the teethcleaning glasses were all dirty upon arrival. -The stove didn't work which was disappointing as we had purchased food to cook for the week due to the more remote location. So i tried the microwave only to open it to find a moldy old piece of pizza from a previous guest. -The movie room did have a projector but no screen as advertised which kids had been excited for. -In addition the door to upstairs balcony didn't lock due to corrosion, usually nothing that would bother me but it was directly next the kids bedroom and as a parent caused concern for young kids accessing it alone and being dangerous. -I can look past the cracks and rust appearing but want to note not all guests may be ok with that.

+: I loved everything about this villa!! Location and access to beach is the best by far! Access to restaurants, spas, activities, peaceful walks, horse riding, fishing - pretty much the staff can help to organize anything at a non inflated rate. Also very handy to have a driver you can book to help get around. The villa itself is incredible. So much space, clean, and a heated pool!!! Sunsets are incredible, locals are so welcoming, and food!!

+: Nice and big rooms. Really good access to the beach. Spacious private swimming pool.
-: The villas need some renovation. It feels very old and used. The door in some of the rooms dont close properly, it leaves space for mosquitos to come inside. Also we had huge spider in our bedroom and cockroaeches are running in the bathrooms.
