+: Some members of staff were nice.

-: No prior notice that the pool was out of order, kindly asked for a refund or even partial refund as it was not advertised and sole basis for choosing of this place and bluntly denied. Without a choice we were upgraded to a junior suite where we were greeted by ants, a cockroach in the bathroom and blood stained sheets, grateful for the upgrade but would have preferred refund under the circumstances. Then when trying to resolve the issue, the upgrade was used against us and we’re told that we should have called ahead to make sure the pool was in working order…Staff entered room without consent (and a brief knock) at 8am, making us feel a little unsafe that they have that kind of access and phoned at 6:45am to confirm breakfast time (again) which they still came an hour early.Breakfast is quote “plain noodle or plain rice”

+: nothing I like in the facility

-: the first night we came there ALL the linen is not changed AT ALL! like the previous person that checked in on that room has all his hair in the bed, no water in the toilets in the morning ,even the wifi sucks!they even charged us 20bucks for the plates that not even look expensive at all.

-: Villa that I checked into was extremely dirty, the toilet didn't work, the pool stunk like sewage the air-conditioning didn't work, the tv wouldn't turn on the bedding didn't look like it was washed at all. Bathroom had tools electric drill and pieces lying around they tried for 2 hours to get air-conditioning working but couldn't and refused to give a refund so I had to book another room in another villa it was terrible worst villa I had ever checked into. I do not recommend anyone stay there whatsoever.

-: The aircon broke toilet didn’t flush Kitchen was just for show - no cooking equipment at all Renovations next door was hammers and jackhammer into the wall. Room shook and was so loud I couldn’t even be in there Had to ask for a refund - only negotiated a 50% after showing a video of how loud it was to be in there.

-: WORST STAY EVER! DIRTY—DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEYTHEY DIDN’T even BRING MY BREAKFAST. ( they called my room to ask what I want and what time, and never brought any breakfast in my 2 days stay)1. NOT CLEAN - bathroom and toilet really bad, blood stain on pillow cover, smelly bad sheets, very old towel, I also add photo of the toilet.2.Toilet flush didn’t work for a day, electricity power cut often. They don’t even have bottle of water in the room, I asked them in my second day and they bring 3. But the worst thing is stuff!! don’t care about anything, manager (Ninsi) also she doesn’t care if the guest are happy or not. They just take your money and no hospitality, no service.

+: We loved the location, people at the reception are quite friendly, it has nice pool, WiFi and AC work well, the price is amazing.

-: Rooms are little dark, bed is not much comfortable, we would appreciate more pillows. Eventhouth there is a kitchen you can't cook because of missing gas bomb.
