+: The location was perfect right opposite to BINGTANG supermarket and other cafes

-: The biggest downfall was the fact they are running a wifi system that is not locked for security. We discovered they are operating on an open network and questioned the management about this. We called the staff in and mentioned to them they are running on an opened network ie it is not locked and secured. They then got the IT engineer who was so young and tried to promise they would guarantee that our transactions would be safe over their wifi. They told us their router is over 10 years old. We tried to tell them they should be buying a new router immediately and to install as only takes a few moments. With any international guests staying at the very least you would expect to be able to check or complete work on your laptop knowing the internet provided is protected. My husband has worked all his life in IT and was really disappointed that he could not do any transaction checking on his laptop due to the failure of the WIFI provided. NO -one came back to us to give any update and they just ignored this problem. We won't be back at this villa due to this reason.

+: Location was amazing. Breakfast was good. The staff were nice. Aircon worked well in rooms but could have been better in main areas.

-: The pool deck was very old and could do with fixing. The outside could do with a good clean. The day bed and cushions were very dirty.

+: Where do I start, this place is so much better than the photos. We stayed a week in the 3 bedroom villa, you walk into the front door on the right is your first room with a large queen or king bed with own bathroom. This room has a large glass wall that looks over the lounge roompool. Left of the front door is the kitchen, small but has everything you need besides scissors. Walk into a huge dining room with a 10 or more seated table over looking the backyardpool a toilet off the side of the dining room. To the right of the dining is the stairs to go up stairs and the lounge room with a huge lounge (not a pull out sofa) but comfortable to relax on (wouldn’t sleep on it) tv with limited channels. Would be perfect if the tv was a smart tv or had Netflix. All areas are enclosed and look over the backyard and pool area, lounge room doors open onto pool and outside has a huge day bed next to the pool. Up stairs splits right and left into one main bedroom with another large queen or king bed, safe, lounge and own bathroom that connects but completely closes off from a shared spa bath area with the other room upstairs. The twin room upstairs has 2 king single beds, no safe, lounge and also own bathroom. Both upstairs rooms have balcony’s that overlook an amazing view of the back yard and pool, they clean your room daily and delivered a tummy breakfast every morning that we chose the night before. You get to pick what time each day you get your breakfast which is good if you have a day trip or want to sleep in. Not a massive menu but nice food. They spray the house daily for mosquitoes and security is there 247 and you feel so safe here. Location is perfect, 2 min walk to Bintang Supermarket, 3 min walk to a mini mart, safe money changer and more, it is worth every cent we paid and we will be back. They also provide free transportation to a resort and the beach but if you want it’s 10-15 mins and you can shop on the way

-: Needs more outdoor seating near the pool area.Lights in wardrobe kept coming on during the night in master bedroom..

+: 1 bedroom, Villa 2. Private pool area. Location 2 minute walk to Bintang Supermarket. Breakfast delivered to room daily. Cleaned daily & sprayed room at night for mosquitoesbugs. They have a 10 seater open vehicle to drive you locally. Staff were lovely & very helpful.

+: Location was great, the staff very friendly and it was very clean.

-: Furniture (not beds) was uncomfortable and dated with only two chairs outside to sit on which were also uncomfortable.The biggest disappointment was that there was no ladder or steps to get out of the pool making it impossible for three of our party of four to swim. Property was quite run down compared to our last stay.
