+: The pool had a nice view, although regular garden maintenance would have made it nicer. The swim up bar would have been amazing, if it was open.

-: Maintenance occurring from 2am - 6pm, and the managers response was "so, and" being a solo female traveller, the fact she had NO co.passion, there was NO warning or offer to move me given that Maintenance was occurring, and the banging sounded like it was on my door and someone was going to enter, I spent my last night in absolute fear. I was furious with the hotels lacks of care. The carpets in the hallways are HORRENDOUS, stains and dirty. The water provided is in re usable glass water bottles, great for the environment, sure, but no so great given the cleanliness of the hotel, you can't trust they would properly sanitise these bottles, so as such would not touch them. Staff were average, and I think that's being generous. Not friendly, or approachable, especially the females at reception. Overall, this hotel was a disaster, and I'll NEVER be going back! I'll stick to the amazing hotels I know and love woth staff who have some compassion for their guests!

+: For us, this time the location is our priority... So stay here was good enough, near beach near mall.

-: The variant of breakfast was so standart, nothing special. Some was not so good, like fried rice and fried fish were not fresh although the chef cooked the new fresh item after we complained about it.. Their quick response was 2 thumbs up. 👍👍

+: Staff were great at their jobs, always friendly and smiling. The view from the roof top is really nice.

-: It felt like I was eating dinner leftovers for breakfast, nothing was fresh accept the eggs and pancakes which were cooked to order. Everything we ate was pretty terrible (we had lunch and dinner the day we arrived). Certainly wouldn't recommend adding breakfast to your package.Aspects of the rooftop area, where the pool is, were unsafe rotting wood, nails sticking out of decking, wobbly tiles in the pool. The in-house spa is also massively overpriced.
