+: Central location, staff were lovely - but the property itself was just ok, restaurant food had very limited vegetarian options which was a major let down after spending 4 days in Ubud! Our room was too far from the lift and when we requested a different room we were told they were fully booked.. room smelt a bit murky and the bedsheets looked really old. Staff though were courteous and very prompt, that part was 1010!
