+: Room was very comfortable and spacious.

-: Tried booking 3 rooms for our family of 2 adults, 1 adult and 2 children and 2 adults and 1 children but the "System" kept mixing us all up. We ended up with 1 part of our family on the other side of the hotel.The breakfast buffet was mediocre compared with the Hilton and Westin where we have stayed.

+: Palm trees.

-: Too many palm trees.

+: The pools are great. Staff are fantastic and so friendly. Sports bar was good but not cheap

-: There is no all day menu, no food available for our son between breakfast and lunch. The “corner store” could be opened earlier for snacks. Drinks and food are not cheap but that’s to be expected in a resort.

+: The staffs are genuinely great, seems like they are happy & proud to be part of hyatt, they took care of my daughter really well , esp at the kids club, she refuse to leave :)The kids club is exceptional , it’s more like a day care, packed with activity from am to pm , with a different theme daily, so parents, just drop your kids here and you can have your holday too :D The room is clean, i can tell coz i have rhinitis allergy, the pools are clean too and not too much chlorine , we stayed in the pool for almost 7 hours daily but no irritation occured , haha.. ps i have sensitive skin The hotels are packed with activities from am to pm, so you don’t really have to go anywhere else, perfect for parents big family who don’t really like too much mobility while travelling . As family you can stay together but still have a lot of freedom to do many things . There’s a lot of animal, from fishes, squire, ducks, crane, but watch out for biawak (monitor lizard) , it’s important not to feed the animalBreakfast food at salsa verde are ok, not too much options but they covered indian, chinese, indonesian, american food, they got vegemite too & lots options of bread including gluten free & sourdough. They also serve coffee to your liking, from picolo to ice mocha Walking distance from bali collection, there’s a variety of restos you can choose, ie bebek tepi sawah, sapa, nusa, there’s convinence store , alun2 (souvenir shop)etc. Literraly if you don’t bring anything this place got you covered .

-: The bathroom near the pool are usually dirty & smelly , i believe most visitor don’t use waterjet , so they wipe with tissue & throw it in sanitary bin (there’s no trash bin), the tissue either get stucked there stucked in toilet. Super gross. Please do something about it. Some trash are visible on the beach, the cleaning crew needs to be more frequent not only during events

+: Tout est vraiment parfait, au début je le trouvais trop grand mais c est l affaire d un jour.. Le personnel est toujours au petit soin très poli toujours pour rendre service... Le petit déjeuner au club était top, les restos tous très bon.. Bref rien à dire de négatif..

-: Juste un petit détail dans la suite ambassadeur, le cordon du sèche cheveux trop court..
