+: Breakfast was great. Pandan pancakes, omelette, scrambled eggs.

+: Good value for money and great location for exploring Ubud and doing day trips from Ubud, the rooms are good size and clean, a lot of restaurants, spa , cafes and shops nearby

-: Property and bedding, towels etc were a little run down, there were holes in the bed sheets but everything was clean, there are some bugs but i think that is common in Ubud

+: Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Es gibt viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann.

-: Leider war unser Zimmer sehr dunkel und wir haben uns dadurch etwas unwohl gefühlt. Die Bettwäsche hatte einige Flecken. Das Badezimmer - wie auch das übrige Zimmer - ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Armaturen sind sehr abgenutzt und wirken dadurch etwas schmutzig. Das Personal war sehr jung, was etwas befremdlich war und es war schwer, mit ihnen auf Englisch zu kommunizieren. Dennoch waren sie sehr bemüht.

+: Very helpful staff, excellent small picturesque pool, comfortable bed and ceiling fan meant ac not needed but provided anyway, tasty breakfast, good location.

-: Bathroom was huge but dated and some fitments just hanging on. Cold water shower. Minor niggles.

+: Wonderful staff and location, lovely pool and views from our patio. The room was clean and comfortable.

+: Lovely little property away from bustle of town but close enough to everything out on streets. Nice pool, good size rooms, great breakfast.

-: Where should I start.. Point by point…- If you want to a good WiFi in your room this is not the place to be..Very weak signal, and very very SLOW!!! They advertised as a very good internet connection that count as extra service.- Bathroom was dirty, around the Toilet looked like they never cleaned before and there was fungus or mold on the walls🤢We couldn’t close the doors.- We didn’t have warm water for 2 days because the gas barrel was empty, there is dry season but there was plenty of rainy days.. - There is next door a Temple and somedays they were chanting all night long almost for 5 hours. I thought I will go crazy, the soundproofing is very bad in the room. -Staff is friendly, but they don’t ask when to clean or whatever they just go into the room and other people too, like for cleaning the airco.. but they didn’t mentioned a thing..- The breakfast… luckily we haven’t paid for including breakfast.. we ate once there..50 k person There was no choosing optionGot some fruits which was delicious, but we received after that something like french toast but it was very sloppy..Maybe just not my thing..
