+: Great location, lovely pool, nicely styled.

+: Villa was amazing

-: The resort itself was little run down - Villa pool bar was closed as was the Villa Restaurant. Villa spa takes forever to fill and the hot water runs out even in the inside bath which was a little disappointing.

+: Great villa with big pool out back. Was clean and if there was a problem (e.g air conditioning not working) was resolved quickly.Helped us sort out excursions, went the extra mile to ensure we got to see what we wanted, amending schedules to suit us accordingly.Golf cart service picking us up to take us too and from each of the two restaurantsAll staff were fantasticThe massage was epic

-: I can’t criticise the property, my comment goes out to Lombok in general. There is a problem with the water quality of the sea. There is significant flotsam off the beach in the resort, although the beach itself is clean, I wouldn’t swim in the sea there.Lombok needs to sort the river outflow into the sea or risk the lucrative tourist industry.

+: Beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the view from my villa. Spacious and perfectly organized facilities. Breakfast buffet near the beach was very good. Walking in the fantastic garden with a lots of tropical trees along the beach side after the breakfast was really good. The beach just right beside the garden was so clean that I had lots of fun in the beach. Easy access to the restaurants with good local food and the "Fresh Market" within at most 10 minute walk.

-: Wifi connectivity was bad and slow.

-: Very disappointed. This is an old complex with little maintenance. Breakfast food was below par. Guests from cheaper rooms were swimming in our complex. Internet speeds were very slow. Toilet leaking. Room safe no batteries. Nothing checked before stay. Wooden doors all bucked with age. Wooden blinds all broken. Not kiln dried properly in manufacture. Very slow kettle for coffee. Spa bath takes ages to full and runs out of hot water. Very poor design with neighbour's stairwell next to ours and no noise control because narrow walls. This just to name a few.

-: 朝食はもう少しメニューが充実すると良い。また、古さゆえか蚊が多く寝苦しく感じた。

+: Locatie is uitstekend....Ondanks duur...maar faciliteiten is geweldig....Kinderen waren erg gelukkig en blij.....Zwembad is perfect...percies bij jou teraas...

+: Wonderful, friendly staff and beautiful grounds.

-: We went to go to bed the first night and discovered blood on the sheets. Communication breakdown on laundry. Staff didn't reset key card and we got locked out in a rain storm. Came down the indoor stairs in the morning and there was a pool of water on the stairs from a roof leak that was coming through a light fixture. Unsafe electrical exposed in the hot tub on the deck. Switch not secured to tile.
