+: The room was nice and well stocked for visitors. I liked the bathrobes that were available. Breakfast being brought to the room was very nice with a good menu selection to choose from. The staff did an excellent job at setting up the breakfast for us. Parking for our car was great. We felt safe in your hotel. Your staff was pleasant.
-: No pool! I saw the pictures of all the rooms with pools and assumed my room would have one too. So, it was very disappointing when we realized our upstairs room didn't have access to a pool. Yes, I saw in my receipt that your info said no pool. My bad for not looking closely enough. But, I would not pay that rate again for a room without a pool, or access to a pool. The couch was pretty hard to sit on. The music from a nearby bar was load. I do understand there is nothing you can do about that.

+: The staff were amazing, they let us check out later and held our bags in the lobby as we had a late flight. They tidied our room each day beautifully and were so friendly and welcoming. The bed was really comfortable! Great location!
-: The room needed a deep clean, lime mould and rust stained in some areas. The pool chairs were broken and the decor on the pool wall was not as photos instead a mouldy dirty wall that is the main feature of the place. This place had so much more potential to be amazing if there was a little more attention to detail and more quality furniture.

+: Very large premises, with everything you might need. Daily perfect cleaning, nice breakfast and ideal location - just in front of the street that leads to the beach. The staff were extremely polite as well, helping with everything we needed.
