+: Uniquely Balinese. Lovely porch. Location was fantastic, in the middle of town without the traffic noise. Beautiful water palace next door. Had a lovely massage. Staff were fantastic.

-: It was a building site from 8am till 6 pm. Right next to the pool, so we never went in the pool. Room was spacious but hardly any furniture. No rack for suitcases, only 1 chair. The worst was the bed. Mattress very comfortable but the board underneath made sooo much noise that we woke each other up all the time.

+: The staff were amazing, so helpful and obliging, the location is awesome right in the centre of town close to everything. The hotel is traditional Balinese buildings and gorgeous gardens.Due to the inconvenience of building work at the hotel, the manager gave us a free dinner at Cafa Lotus and a free massage. The staff were very apologetic, and we appreciated their gesture.Had we known about the building work, we would not have stayed there.

-: We were not advised that there was construction work being done at the hotel right from the front of the hotel, through out, we were unable to use the pool during the day as men were working right next to the pool, even on Saturday and Sunday from morning to 5pm everyday, apart from the noice of grinders and tools, the foot paths to the room were broken and there were lots of barriers due to building work.Our rooms' bathroom smelled of mould, and there are no windows that could be open.

+: Great location. Excellent service. Comfortable room. Great spa service

+: The hotel had a beautiful ambience to it. The breakfast was served at the cafe next door overlooking a beautiful lillypad pond. Hotel was right in the centre, staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

-: Bed mattress was little too hard for me.

+: Hotellet har en riktigt balinesisk stil, rena och fina rum, väldigt tyst för att vara mitt i ubud, vi fick ett rum längst in.Trevlig personal.Frukost på Lotus Café med utsikt över Water Temple och vackra lotus dammen.

-: Allt var bra, om jag ska säga något så skulle det i såfall vara att för tillfället håller de på att bygga nytt rum och kök, så det kan vara lite rörigt, men inget som störde oss.
