+: The location was great, staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast was nice and the grounds the hotel is on were absolutely beautiful

-: We arrived past 1400 for check in and were told to come back at 1500 as the room wasn’t ready this was fine but we had been travelling for 5 hours and just wanted to get in and relax, we had issues with our first room smelling of sewage and lots of mould on the walls which had just been painted over, the staff did sort this out for us and we were able to move to another room however the room we moved to did also smell just not as badly as the last one and there was mould in the bathroom. The shower gel containers were glass bottles with a bung on the top which was very fiddly to remove when already wet in the shower, this slipped out my hand and broke and I got charged 1000IDR for this, I’m aware that this is ultimately my fault and had no issue with paying this but maybe they could have pumps on them to prevent this from happening again

+: Fabulous location. You are actually in the heart of Ubud. Evenings are so vibrant and active. The breakfast, though with limited options is outstanding, served with warmest hospitality. The staff is really nice and accomodating. They go out of their way to make your stay memorable. This is Sujit & Sapna from India. Cheers to Bali.

+: The location was excellent. The gardens were well maintained. The ambience was good. Quaint.

-: The safe was problematic. Perhaps, some internal modernisation would lift the property to a four star.

+: Perfekte Lage um Ubud zu Fuss zu erkunden. Sehr ausgiebiges und feines Frühstück. Ruhige Lage in einem wunderschönen Garten.

-: Zimmer sind relativ nüchtern und könnten es freundlicher dekoriert sein.
