+: O local é incrível! Tranquilo com vistas paradisíacas. Acesso a praia e com por do sol inesquecível. O quarto é super confortável, limpo e a cama foi uma das melhores que alguma vez dormi. O spa é incrível!!!!

-: Para quente gosta de pequeno almoço buffet, este hotel não oferece esse serviço. Cada hóspede tem incluído no preço, sumo de fruta natural, prato de fruta variada, cafécappuccinoamericanoetc e um prato a escolha. As doses são suficientes e em nenhum momento senti que precisava de comer mais.

+: The staff were nice.

-: Our recent 9-night stay at Sudamala Resort in Senggigi, Lombok, fell short of expectations for a purported 5-star experience. While the staff were notably polite and accommodating, several aspects of our stay left much to be desired.Firstly, the breakfast and overall food quality were commendable in taste and portion size, albeit with a disappointingly limited variety. The small pool, while adequate for a quick dip, lacked the serene atmosphere expected of a resort of this caliber.The property itself felt cramped and lacking in space. With only a small restaurant and coffee shop which has very limited number of chairs and tables. The absence of basic amenities such as a fitness center, bicycle rental, and recreational areas further detracted from our stay. Notably, the spa services were exclusively for women, which was inconvenient for me.Room conditions were subpar. The furnishings were outdated, and our duvet and pillows were old, smelly, and visibly stained. After repeated requests, replacements were sourced from storage, though still not up to standard. Additionally, encountering geckos inside our room—requiring staff intervention—was unsettling. Maintenance issues extended to security concerns, as doors were improperly secured, allowing them to be easily pushed open.Moreover, the resort's transfer fees from the airport were exorbitantly high compared to standard taxi rates, despite similar vehicle quality.Despite these shortcomings, the staff's courtesy and the occasional culinary highlight, such as the compensatory fish platter after a disappointing steak, were appreciated. The general manager's apology and attempt to address our concerns were also noted, along with a complimentary spa treatment for my wife.In conclusion, while Sudamala Resorts in Senggigi has potential, it currently falls well short of the luxury and amenities expected of a 5-star establishment.

+: The hotel has some very interesting spaces, and the restaurant tables right on top of the sea are something else.The room was very spacious, including the bathroom.

-: The room's ceiling was made of some straw like material, which means there's zero sound insulation. The sounds from the mosque seem like they're coming from inside the room at night.The food was OK, not great.Things looked a bit dated.

+: The staff at Sudamala are all outstanding. From.the driver, reception, dining and cleaning- nothing is a problem and will do what they can to assist. The restaurant delish- both breakfast and dinner dinning.Loved loved our stay..Terima Kashi 🙏

-: I loved it all...the only thing would add ( but not totally important) would be a a small gym - would have been a bonus 😉
