+: Het resort is heel erg mooi. De hotelkamer was zeer schoon net zoals alles daar. Iedereen van het personeel was heel erg aardig en gastvrij. Het transport van het vliegveld naar het resort met meneer Faizel was heel goed. De hotel manager meneer Demi was zeer aardig en heeft ons goed wegwijs gemaakt. Ook heeft hij ons goede tips gegeven voor bezienswaardigheden.Goede bar en we hebben lekkere drankjes gedronken bij mevrouw Cristina. Het zwembad was zeer schoon en mooi. Met andere woorden het was een geweldige ervaring en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Kan niet wachten tot ik terug kan komen samen met mijn gezin.

+: the hotel was amazing, everything was spotless and poolpool bar was on point! breakfast buffet was the best i've had in bali ever and the rendang pizza for lunch was delish!!! the staff were awesome, every day when cleaning the room they would set up our daughters bed with her stuffed toys in a different position and leave our towels in a decorative manor, was those little touches that made this such a good place to stay. Demmy the guest experience manager was so helpful as well, anything we needed he was there to help. will 100% be staying here again and be recommending to fam and friends for sure.
