+: The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. The pool overlooks the beach and is a good size. Breakfast offers a wide choice of options.

-: The toilets in the pool area are well overdue for a remodel. It would be a nice touch if the bar served complimentary nuts or crackers when purchasing cocktails. The property is non smoking in the rooms, but ok to smoke everywhere else. So if you are lying poolside the person on the next day bed can light up and smoke all over you - which is pretty vile. Maybe time to implement a stronger policy. The gym is small and could do with some fans and new towels (they smell mouldy).

+: Tutto ...... struttura splendida , camera molto bella e grande , colazione super , giardino stupendo con infinity pool da urlo direttamente sulla spiaggia . Personale gentilissimo ( un po' come tutti i Balinesi) . Chiaramente una struttura sopra la media , ma degna del suo prezzo .Per arrivare nella zona centrale dove si trovano molti ristoranti e negozi bastano pochi passi , giusto quelli necessari per non trovarsi nella confusione .

+: The property facilities were amazing, the location was the best, the pool & view on the beach was second to none & the staff were so friendly and warm it made our stay even better.
