The property includes an Art Nouveau villa and a modern building, and is located between Riccione's Palacongressi convention centre and the shops of Viale Ceccarini. The hotel is also close to the sandy beaches of the Riviera and to the train station, providing direct access to the Rimini Fair district and other local and national destinations. All rooms of De La Ville Hotel are equipped with free WiFi, air conditioning, minibar, and LCD TV. Some rooms are located in the villa, and some in the modern annex. Guests can unwind at the spa, which includes a hydromassage pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and relaxation area. Breakfast includes coffee and cappuccino, croissants, cakes, fruit juice and a corner of savoury items.
