Very tired building, questionable health and safety even though we are used to the Middle East having lived here. Dinner menu was adequate, but the breakfast was poor, I feel that overcharged me a little and I do not think this was just due to taxes. Well keeping in mind this is a 3 stars hotel, here is by priority the main negative things:Cleaningness of tbe rooms can be seriously improved,No internet for half of my stay,Very bad sound isolation, between rooms,The hotel is a bit isolated from the petra area, so you may need further taxi costs if you want to go tothe city center the evening.Communication between hotel and meeting spot (lawrence of arabia shop) for the transport can be improved: the tenants of the shop basically don’t care if you are staying in the hotel or not, they are supposed to call the hotel reception to help youorganise the transport back. So think about buying jordanian phone number.The staff is trying to do their best, they are nice and ready to provide you with all the help you need. The place is a bit far from Petra sightseeingplace, but the hotel provides you with the free shuttle every half an hour, so no problems to go and get back. The rooms are very nice, clean, big, bright and very comfortable. The stuff os very helpful and nice and will provide you withall the requested suppoort.
