Этот 4-звездочный курортный отель находится на пляже Диани города Юканды, в 35 км от Момбасы. К услугам гостей 2 открытых бассейна и 5 ресторанов. Светлые номера оснащены кондиционером, а также балконом с видом на бассейн, сад или Индийский океан.
Все номера курортного отеля Southern Palms Beach располагают телевизором, мини-баром и принадлежностями для чая/кофе. Кроме того, в каждом из них есть собственная ванная комната с душем, а в некоторых помимо душа установлена ванна.
В 5 ресторанах подают разнообразные блюда интернациональной кухни. Во время ужина на пляже/под полной луной также производится обслуживание. Помимо этого в курортном отеле работают 5 баров, в том числе 2 у бассейна.
Сотрудники службы поддержки организуют различные виды активного отдыха. Гости могут заняться дайвингом и виндсерфингом, а кроме того, посетить теннисные корты или корты для сквоша, оборудованные кондиционером. Предоставляется бесплатная парковка.

+: Stayed 1night and after check out stayed 1day more,check inn was smooth,location everything was perfect,food was delicious and had many varieties,room were spacious and big.From sports activities the staff were really amazing,had really good time.
-: I only had 1 issue,night staff who were serving drinks on table tennis side were not really caring they ignore you when you ask anything,but I won't say bad more as when Manager saw,he was very kind and helpful if manager was not there my stay wouldn't be great as I was very disappointed,What I want to say is big up to Manager who handled it properly and made my stay very amazing

+: The best food in the resort was at the beach bar, honestly, the butter garlic fish - congrats to the chef, just amazing! A special thank you to Emelda - one of the beach bar waitresses. Always smiling, very polite, very professional it was just nice to be served by her, i could tell she is a very warm and welcoming person. Also, there was one waiter at the beach bar. An older gentleman named Kithikki Alan. Every evening he was making sure we have a table, we have our drinks, we never waited long for them, he was very very professional.
-: At the last pool ( close to the reception ) there was never any waiter around. Once i think i waited like 2h for someone to spot. But the pool staff was very nice, we always had towels waiting if we asked for them, so that was nice. Oh and i personally missed a decaffeinated coffee :D Sometimes there is some in hotels in rooms for the decaff guests and here i couldn't find any. There was also no showers by the last pool but i could see the signs to shower before enter the pool - this was funny :)
