+: Rooms were ok

-: Everything breaths making money, no singel thing to help you. Breakfast 35 usd(!) and dinner overpriced. Unwilling staff to help you.

+: Spacious and very clean rooms, lovely grounds and swimming pool

-: The TV channels in our room weren't working, we reported this but no one came to resolve it 🙁

+: Happy, friendly and helpful staff, and ideally situated for Wilson Airport and flights to the Masai Mara. They will happily store you hard suitcases until your return. Top Notch.

-: Slippery tiles in the bathroom areaPerhaps a section could be designated as a quiet zone - it was quite noisy at midnight with some inconsiderate guests coming in after a night out and going in and out of rooms until I firmly but politely asked them to stop. There should be a choice for guests who value peace and quiet rather than visiting the Carnivore nightclub next door.

+: TTree is always outstanding! Food is excellent, staff are top notch and attentive, amenities are plentiful, facility is clean, bright, updated, modern and pleasant. You will be pleased!
