+: Other than some staff who tried their best to make up for poor, outdated and non-functioning facilities, there was no value in the property.

-: The outdated facilities were completely overprized. The TV did not function most of the time. The bed was sinking and made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. The hotel staff replaced the bed the next day with another bed which was equally if not worse. The fumes from the kitchen came into the room whenever the window was opened. There was no hot water on the first day and when complained about it someone came and made adjustments to the boiler which leaves me to wonder why it was not done before we checked in. Staff generally tried in vain to resolve these issues with the exception of one duty manager who was more interested in fiddling with his mobile phone when I sought to raise some of these issues.

+: Property is within walking distance to the centre and to restaurants. Large room with comfortable bed. Friendly, welcoming staff, good selection at breakfast.

-: Hotel would benefit from a refurbishment.

+: Only thing commendable about the property is the location , it is in close proximity to the town . Furthermore the only friendly and nice staff you will ever find is the security other guys seriously need a brush up in their customer or normal interactions skills .

-: This hotel in my opinion is nothing more than a three star . A lot of fundamental flaws with it .
