+: Beautiful hotel and our room was amazing - big, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Great location.

-: There is no where to sit comfortably in the sun from 4pm, which is when the sun is at its most pleasant temperature. All the sun loungers are shaded by palm trees and anywhere that is in the sun doesn’t have anything to sit on. This was our last day of our 2 week holiday and we booked this hotel specifically so we could enjoy one last beach day in the sun and was really disappointed when all the loungers were in the shade and being packed away by 4pm. Some beanbags on the grass or at the front of the bar which were in sunlight would have made all the difference. The service was ok - not bad but pretty averages compared to most of The hotels we stayed in.

+: Los desayunos fántasticos..te los sirven a la carta...puedes seleccionar lo que tú quieres..enfrente del restaurante ves los cocoteros y la playa ...tiene piscina cubierta por la terraza..y otra enorme exterior..las hamacas estan debajo de los cocoteros y puedes estar al sol o sombra...ó de alli salir a la arena de la playa...y el personal del hotel siempre muy amables estan pendientes si quieres una toalla o en el restaurante la comida súper rica...y siempre con esta sonrisa....!

-: Nos gusto todo...tenemos un recuerdo maravilloso...y la última noche una cena en la arena con antorchas..fué súper romantico! Gracias.

-: No Pool BarLack of information regarding sharing the facilities of the neighbouring Jetwing property. Breakfast service

+: Lovely location, right on the beach, lots of bars and restaurants walking distance - it was great to be able to have a drink in bed and look at the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff, as in everywhere in Sri Lanka. Yes you get mosquitos, and crows round the swimming pool - of course, this is Negombo! But the rooms are huge and and the double length pool is great for a morning swim and sunbathe, it was a very pleasant three days and great to be so close to the airport that we had a very short transfer on arrival.

-: Perhaps mosquito coils in the rooms? The decor is a little tired. But honestly these are small things in comparison with everything we enjoyed.

+: Rooms and views were lovely

-: Would have been nicer if staff were more accessible to provide drinks when by the pool. Access to the pool was via the restaurant which was also a bit odd to be walking through a formal restaurant when in swim gear.

+: It’s what I’d describe as a ‘standard’ 4 star hotel, staff are lovely & good location for our last night in Sri Lanka as only 20 mins to the airport & on a lovely beach. Pool was great for cooling down from the heat. Was interesting to see local guy climb the coconut trees to collect the toddy treacle

-: Quite tired looking in places but room with sea view was comfortable. Breakfast was average. Shame with local treacle that the pancakes were very stodgy & not lovely homemade ones like we’d had at other hotels in Sri Lanka
