+: Nice location to visit Unawatuna beach and be away from the crowds. Friendly staff.
-: The room was not remotely as described. The bathroom is like a sauna after a shower. Our room was described as a garden room but the only view of a garden was a window looking onto the path into the hotel (not a garden).Room described as sound proof but the noise from reception was very audible.There were many things about the room which were not as described, which we asked the hotel to feed back to booking.com directly.

+: Great beds, great shower, nice pool as part of the private suite. The stuff was so kind and made a late spontaneous checkin at 11:30 pm possible.
-: Very humid bathroom. Mosquito nets would have been nice.

Despite its central location, the peaceful ambiance of the area ensured a restful stay. The staff members were incredibly accommodating and friendly, going out of their way to ensure guests felt welcomed and at ease. Their exceptional hospitality truly made my stay memorable, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

+: We spent great time in this hotel: room in European style, big and clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing big shower room!There was a lot off useful things in our room - cosmetics, safe, beach towels, hats and bag.Personal was very smiling and helpful. Thank you, Kings Landing!
