+: We loved the large room and intimate feel of the property. Really small hotel with 4 rooms feels like staying in a luxury villa.

+: Magnifique hôtel intimiste au centre de Galle Fort. La maison coloniale a été parfaitement conservée. Nous avions une grande chambre avec un très grand balcon donnant sur le jardin. La piscine est très agréable. Tout le personnel est au petits soins pour les hôtes. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux, surtout le sri lankais ! La chambre n'était pas équipée d'une bouilloire, mais il nous a suffit de demander pour qu'on nous prête tout le nécessaire pour se faire du thé durant notre séjour.

+: A beautiful villa in the heart of the fort. The room was incredibly comfortable and cool. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and did everything to make our stay a great one. Breakfast was a real highlight - we very much enjoyed string hoppers with egg curry and dhal. Wish we'd stayed for longer!

+: One of the most beautiful hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, spacious, beautifully decoratedfurnished, super comfortable bed with buttery soft sheets and squishy pillows. We stayed in the sea view room with bath and It was such a treat to have a hot bath! Shower was also excellent. Breakfast was delicious and huge - little things like having proper strawberry jam and good bread made all the difference - pool small but beautiful, our trip was made even better by a group of monkeys playing in the tree by the pool! The staff at this place are impeccable, super friendly and helpful, little things like putting ceiling fans on by default if we sat down on the sofas made all the difference. If we could have stayed longer we absolutely would have.

-: Couple of minor things to feedback - The mosquito net was quite dusty where the aircon blows onto it - needs cleaning. Hairdryer missing in our room which was a shame. Aircon was good but it is stuck blowing directly onto the bed which isn’t ideal for us and in the night it started making a super loud high pitched noise which we eventually got to stop - would suggest that aircon unit might need replacing or servicing soon. But none of these things took away from the good stay we had.

+: we loved everything about this stay - the staff went out of their way in everything - including giving us a very late check out....food was excellent, location is in the Fort yet completely quiet, the room and small pool are lovely....

-: nothing. wish I could give more than a 10

+: Fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Galle Fort. Service was exceptional with the team looking after everything. Breakfasts were very good (try the Sri Lankan). Rooms are modern and well equipped. Located in a quiet area, away from the tourist streets but walkable to everywhere.

-: Minor point but would have liked a kettle in our room.
