+: An absolute dream hotel! We were stunned the moment we arrived and were so sad to leave. I have never been to such a beautiful resort with exceptional service. I loved that there was also a shuttle service and you were allowed to use the other hotel. Overall there really isnt much to criticise and from start to finish we had a great time. Everyone was very accommodating and kind.
-: Paying for water at dinner was a bit odd… you get free water into your room every day but paying extra for the same water at dinner. Also sometimes we were asked a bit too often if everything is okay by the customer service team (whilst at dinner or in the bar). I understand they want to assure good service but no need to ask us several times daily. Just a tip :P

+: Le personnel très amical et aux petits soins, le luxe de l'hôtel, la nourriture, le bar avec musique, la vue exceptionnelle et le cadre paradisiaque, la possibilité de se rendre à l'hôtel voisin (Paradise) avec la navette et d'y manger Merci à Johansen pour les conseils au fitness
-: Petit soucis d'administration car nous avions le forfait lune de miel mais l'hôtel n'était pas au courant, mais cela s'est résolu

+: Die Lage ist ein Traum. Das ist definitiv nicht zu toppen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die waren alle toll.
-: Unser Zimmer und auch teils die Ausstattung wie zum Beispiel die Liegen am Strand waren doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da bedarf es teilweise vielleicht mal einer Renovierung. Da erwarte ich von einem 5* Hotel und bei dem Preis doch etwas mehr.
