+: Resort is nice, clean and good amenities.
-: Service. I can praise Shree, Audrey, Cloe, Balee and one more older gentleman that i forgot name unfortunately, for great service, thats 5 people in whole resort. Others didn't hear about hospitality in their life.Im not sure if they think oh we work in 5 star hotel so we don't have to care, or they are just not trained properly.First time in my life in restaurant i saw employees running around their own colleague when he sit for lunch and staff don't care about paying customers (first i thought its manager, after i learned gentlemen is something in sales i think). Giving their own employee more attention and better service than anyone around, like they don't care at all about customer experience, satisfaction , and if you will come back.Personally i got better service in 3-4 stars hotels.One more big minus here is if you don't speak French, if not you are mistreated most of times, especially in restaurant.Pool next to rum bar was dirty, filtering system didn’t work for 8 days of our stay, however pool was open still for use.Out of 3 hotels we visited in Mauritius, this was best ranked and had best reviews, but was biggest disappointment.At the end I want to say thank you to Isabel, for trying to make everything right, she is very nice and she has great customer service skills, but it was our last day and it was to late to change mind.
