+: L’emplacement sur la plage d’Esny est absolument magnifique et la décoration de l’appartement est de très bon goût. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Paradise Beach.

+: Appartamento spazioso, vista eccezzionale, ben fornito. Giardino e spiaggia ben atrezzati.

-: Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto acqua calda tutta la settimana per un guasto alla caldaia e non hanno potuto darci un'altra sistemazione perché completa. Ci siamo arrangiati con un bollitore per lavarci. Dopo sollecito ci hanno però effettuato un rimborso per il disturbo.

+: the position and size of the unit. the staff we great.

-: the unit itself needs TLC and an update and a number of repairs in order to justify the price.

+: The view was magic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is well equipped. It’s close to the airport.

-: The shops are not close by and to get around you need a hire car.

+: Location Excellent right on the beach, accommodation very large, but as expected as we'd booked for only 2 of us and it could accommodate 8, Nice touch was advising no rush to leave on our departure day.

-: Standard of cleaning not fantastic, some furniture poor quality, TV tiny for 20224 and kitchen utensils cheap and basic. Not what we would class as Luxury, but could easily become so with a little bit of spending in the right areas. Luckily there were only 2 of us that suited the 2 Sunbeds near the beach allocated to us, you'd be buggered if there 8 staying. Crazy thing was smaller apartments had more sunbeds for far less people!! In general all very good, but just needs a bit of TLC to put itself in to the standard advertised,

+: Nice place on a beautiful beach. The apartment was very spacious, with a large central living room and direct access to the beach. Recommending :)

+: I checked in online before my arrival. The doorman then got me into my room without delay, and then the property manager came to personally check me in very shortly after. It was quick, smooth and helpful. The property had everything anyone could need, and Jashvani, the manager, was extremely attentive and quick to communicate, reassure and help.

-: It was about as perfect as it could be!
