+: Otel güzel çalışanlar ilgili. Biz daha çok gezmek için gittigimizden yarim pansiyon tercih ettik. Seasonal restorantta yemekler daha çok hint mutfağına yakın, cocuklar icin bu mutfakta bisey bulmak zor.kids club içinde de bir cocuk mutfağı var.yarim pansiyonda ekstra ücretli olduğundan tercih etmedik.mauritus genelinde her yere taksi ile gidildiğini ve ulaşımın pahali olduğunu gozonunde bulundurun

+: The Property is huge! there is a long sea view, and a small beach. The views are beautiful and there is a lot of greenery and nature. The hotel has many activities to choose from all day long for adults and kids. They have two swimming pools, one for families and one adult only pool. The spa is very nice and offer a wide variety of treatments. The rooms are spacious, the one we had, had a huge balcony and was sea facing. So we could really enjoy the view from the comfort of our room. The hotel is about 40 mins drive away from Port Louise. so if you have a car of your own the commute is not that bad. The hotel has parking.
-: The food at the hotel was a bit of a letdown. The breakfast buffet was more or less the same everyday with the exception of one of two items. We dined at their pan-Asian restaurant; the food was average to say the least. The staff seemed too overwhelmed over worked, we had really bad experience at the bar and at check out. There seemed to be no communication or coordination between departments. The standard of service was very low for a brand like Westin. it was very hard to get a reservation at their restaurants and for the activates. The bookings could not be made on the phone, we were asked to come to the restaurant and to the beach in the heat to just make the bookings and we still didn't get. The front desk called us several time to confirm our check out time, it felt as if they were trying to make us leave!
