+: The place is a paradise. Small in size, without noisy companies, mostly adults. Food is delicious and at every meal there are at least three choices of chicken, fish, pork, beef and lamb, many salads, soups, pasta and desserts. You can try Indian, Chinese, European, American food and there are always specials cooked in front of you. Our waiters Riyaz and Layaan were extremely polite, efficient and always smiling. The water bungalows are big enough and well designed. The view from them to the ocean is amazing, you can just sit all day on the veranda and watch the waves and the fish - hundreds of them around the bungalow at any time. No need to even do snorkeling as the water is so clean that you see them with naked eyes. The real beauty though comes at night as in the bungalow there is a piece of glass floor through which you can watch them swim below you all night of you want. Our housekeeping staff was always meticulous to keep our bungalow clean and cozy, especially Naajih who even made beautiful paintings on our bed for "good night" from real flowers and palm tree leaves. We also did a lot of spa procedures in the Mandara Spa - we particularly remember Dinda who organized it all for us but all the girls were nice, friendly and professional. We tried almost all the massages and they were perfect. We did shark snorkeling, dolphin watching, turtle snorkeling, etc. and the trips were always rewarding and well organized by the Sail & Dive guys. Finally, we should also mention a romantic dinner offered to us by the manager Ricardo as a bonus for "repeaters" (this was our second time at the resort) - at the beach, with candles and delicious 4-course menu with frutti di mare and really good wine. We didn't get the name of the waiter from Sri Lanka (with grey hair) who was also a bar tender in the day time but he was truly hospitable and made us feel special.
-: The only thing that was a bit of a problem was the fact that the management has moved the spaces of the air conditioner from the upper part of the room to under the planks and thus it was blowing directly onto the bed no matter how we tried to change the position of the fan.
