+: They had great food options for dinner and breakfast, the people were really nice

-: The pictures on booking just look much nicer than in real life and definitly not a 5 star hotel. We've been staying in the biggest Coco residence ( not worth the money we wanted to change it uppon arrival to a smaller villa because I didn't find it worth my money but the staff told me it was fully booked. ( it was not ) it's more like older villa's and buildings. also the beach wasn't so nice and clear. I have been staying in other resorts in the Maldives for the same amount of money like ( hard rock hotel, intercontinental etc where everything was so much newer and cleaner and definitly worth the money) The gym equipments were super old and things were half broken and damaged, that's not how you call yourself a 5 star hotel. I would give it a 3 star. Also the restaurants were old. Such a waste of money.

+: Por este orden.1) El personal, y ante todo Hammu, que resolvia cualquier problema que se presentaba.Es importante saber que tenias una persona que diaramente queria saber si necesitabas algo2) La comida, es excelente3) La acomodacion en la water villa Coco Residence.

+: スタッフがフレンドリーで、気配りをしてくれる。乳幼児2人を抱える中、非常に助かった。

-: スピードボートで約40分。雨季で悪天候だったこともあり、島に到着するまでが過酷だったこと。

+: Amazing Stay !! Room type: Island Villa with private pool including Breakfast. Special thanks to our host Fatima for her cooperation and advises during our stay. and to staff serving Air, Tsuki, Aqua & Star Restaurants (Hari, Nahi and many other names I forgot). Everything was perfect.. and visit will be repeated.

-: Dinner was expensive, however it was delicious.

+: Experiencia increíble! Traslado desde el aeropuerto en speedboat muy cómodo y rápido. El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones de la playa son muy grandes y cómodas, con acceso directo al mar. El spa es muy relajante y se puede hacer snorkel desde la orilla, vimos tiburones y mantas rayas, pero ninguna tortuga. El buffet es bueno.

-: Podrían incluir alguna actividad sin coste adicional. Al hacer el check out hay que pagar casi el doble del precio inicial por la gran cantidad de impuestos que añaden.
