+: Llegue y todo estaba apagado. Toque y no me avrieron estuve esperando una hora y nadie abrio, ni llego. Marque al numero de contacto que tienen me contesti creo que el dueño, me dio el telefono de una tal fernanda que siempre mando a buzón. PESIMO

-: Leider hat uns hier einiges nicht gefallen und das Personal scheint auch schlecht informiert zu sein.Wir benötigten ca. 30min für die Suche dieses Hotels, da die Adresse nicht korrekt angegeben wurde und wir zuerst vom Personal wieder weg geschickt wurden, da sie ein anderes Hotel seien und nicht wussten, dass sie zum Tulum Townhouse gehören (anscheinend gehören dazu zwei Standorte). Darum mussten wir dann nochmals 30min warten, bis sie unsere Buchung fanden und wir endlich einchecken konnten. Als wir dann im Zimmer waren, war die Dusche schmutzig und das Zimmer recht düster. Auch wirkte die Türe nicht sicher, welche fast direkt zur Hauptstrasse war und oben und unten jeweils einen Spalt hatte. Daher beschlossen wir in ein anderes Hotel zu gehen, da wir uns dort nicht wohl und sicher fühlten.

+: Me parece muy mal para la plataforma de booking que tengan este tipo de hospedaje entre sus listas, llegue a mi reservacion y me comentaron en recepcion que me la habían cancelado 10 min antes de mi llegada, que programe llegaría entre 4 y 5pm, llegué 5:15 om ya que había tráfico en la carretera y venía conduciendo. . No recibí ningún mail de cancelación ni de aviso, y yo había puesto pagar en el establecimiento , este hospedaje lo busque específicamente porque un amigo había rentado ahí semanas atrás en la Plataforma airbnb, más sin embargo a el también le cancelaron sin avisar, aunque el tenía pagada la habitación una semana atrás. Resulta que el día sábado que había un evento, el hospedaje subió sus tarifas, aún estando llena su ocupación y sobrevendio la ocupación y cancelo a las reservas que habíamos echo con antelación y a otro precio, este tipo de lugares no debería de estar en páginas serias, debería de estar en una página de subastas, así el que oferte más por el cuarto se hospeda ahí, y los demás vamos a tener previsto que nos dejaran sin habitación a nuestra llegada.

Super mal, por booking ya que no se verifica lis tipos de hospedajes que tienen en sus plataformas y los malos momentos que nos pueden hacer pasar con cancelarnos en la llegada, cuando invertimos tiempo buscando una habitación en su app.

+: Huge bed and spacious room. Netflix was available. The design of the room is beautiful - and that's hardly what I can write that I liked - everything else was was pathetic considering the price.

-: Where to begin? The biggest problem was that on the last day of our stay we had no water at all - in the morning you couldn't even wash your face, not to mention that was impossible to use the toilet and the staff completely ignore you, they didn't care - they didn't even apologize! Service was really awful. I even had to ask several times to get clean towels. The bathroom did not have a hair dryer. The kitchen is just for decoration as there were no kitchen utensils or any dishes at all. The decorative bed sheets and pillows smelled really bad and you can tell they haven’t been washed who knows since when. There’s no dedicated parking spot for the hotel so this should be taken into account if you are traveling by a car. It’s right in front of a busy road and it's been extremely loud all night - the traffic is really loud and you can hear everything - cars honking, people talking and walking outside etc. I regret booking nights at that accommodation.
