+: L'hôtel est sur la plage.Un bar restaurant juste à côté.A 20 minutes de Tulum30 minutes de Playa del Carmen8 minutes du centre d'Akumal pour aller nager prêt des tortues.10 minutes de la Cenote Azul.La fontaine d'eau potable dans la chambre et de quoi faire son café.

-: L'odeur très désagréable dans la chambre, certainement dû à la gestion des égouts au Mexique. Il vous faudra une voiture ou sinon prendre le taxi, rien n'est possible à pieds.

+: The setting is stunning. We loved our room that was ground level and we could walk straight out to the beach. It felt like our very own beach since it was so quiet. The room was spacious and the bedrooms had great aircon. Location was as we expected basically in the middle of Tulum and Playa del Carmen. We went after the spring break so it was very quiet. We hired a car and found it easy to navigate around.

-: Nothing we can really complain about - we did hear the next door dogs bark a wee bit but we had an amazing stay and wished we could stay longer

+: Hôtel situé juste devant la plage, le rêve ! (notre chambre donnait à l'arrière côté piscine) Pour une chambre côté mer, il faut payer plus cher (normal). Aucun bruit, très calme. Possibilité de se garer en voiture devant l'hôtel très facilement. Il y a également une piscine mais nous ne l'avons pas testé (le côté mer est beaucoup plus sympa !). Des transats sont réservés uniquement à l'hôtel juste devant la plage, le top. Il y a également un petit bar de plage juste à côté de l'hôtel, ce qui est vraiment très pratique (on peut y prendre des cocktails, un guacamole ou encore des pizzas, etc ...). La mer et le sable étaient propre et nous avons même nagé avec une raie devant l'hôtel ! Plage peu fréquentée car tout est privé le long de la côte, c'est le paradis.

-: Il vaut mieux venir en voiture car pour manger, vous êtes obligés de vous rendre à Akumal "centre" ou Tulum. Il existe un service de restauration pour le petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner mais je ne le conseille pas (nous avons commandé un soir et la nourriture n'était pas très bonne). De plus, vous devez manger dans votre chambre ou sur les tables en extérieur devant la piscine (pas le plus romantique).

+: La comida del restaurante es excelente!!! La predisposicion de Tony y su esposa tambien. Tuve algunas dificultades con mi tarjeta y siempre estuvieron abiertos a resolver la situacion

+: The view from the second floor was lovely. The veranda extended the entire length of the unit and there were lots of places to sit and enjoy the view! Also, we were within a 10 minute walk to an excellent restaurant at Bahia Principe, without the crowds. The inroom food service was a nice added touch. Lots of room in our unit.

-: The bedroom was rather dark, although it was well lit in the kitchen and the dining room and siting room. The bathroom (as in all bath rooms in Akumal due to limited sewer services) smelled slightly but that would be the same anywhere in this area.

+: Breakfast has a vide variety, served into your room or where you like to have it within hotel territory after sending Whatsapp message to host. Takes 20-25 minutes. Food cost will be charged directly to your hotel bill. No need for footwear :-) beach reachable barefoot from your room. Beach area is definitely the best comparing to other hotels nearby. Very good bar named Beached Bikini is only few steps left from beach entrance serving exceptional caribbean cheviche and guacamole on top of cold beer and wine. Fernanda and her workmate took really good care of us. Thank you!

-: Bit remote location if you do not have a rental car. No other restaurantsdining options in walking distance from hotel. Only cash accepted in Beached Bikini bar. And you need cash pretty soon :-) No ATM-s nearby. You need to go Akumal to find an ATM.
