-: En realidad no me aloje pues al tratar de pagar con mi tarjeta me dijeron que me cobrarian un % "Adicional" por el pago con tarjeta y obviamente cancele la reservacion y no me quedé. Este tipo de practicas Ustedes como Booking empresa respetable deberian de evitar a ese tipo de Pseudo Hoteles, y aparte NO tienen estacionamiento. Jamás vuelvo a reservar ahí. MALA EXPERIENCIA

+: C'était très bon mais j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait plus de choix (omelette cheddar épinard) et que le jus d'orange soit inclus.

-: La rampe du balcon est très basse et non réglementaire C'est dangereux pour tomber en bas.

+: The only reason I go there is because the dive shop staff is excellent.

-: I’ve been going there for years and the rooms need some serious upgrading.

+: De plek aan het water is super mooi. Duikschool is zeer bekwaam en goed geregeld.

-: De weg is erg druk en op sommige kamers heb je last van het lawaai van de weg. Bij het betalen moesten 3% extra betalen omdat we met kaart betaalden. Kon niet anders omdat we geen cash US$ bij ons hadden.

+: The location was great — central but out of the busy downtown area — with snorkeling and diving right on the hotel grounds (no beach or sandy entry points though). Great view from the balcony in our room. The restaurant on site was very good — good food and great live music on the night we were there and most nights as I understand it. Tasty breakfast a la carte (not a continental or buffet) was included in the price of our stay. Beautiful sunsets.

-: The room and bathroom were clean and functional but older. Beds were comfortable but it would be nice to have more than one pillow per person.

+: So great having a restaurant 50 feet away. Exceptional food. 1010

-: Rooms are a little dated but very clean. No complaints, everything was working perfectly.

+: Friendly cute place and with a great view. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

-: A bit noisy from the street and the beds were not so comfortable (but that's personal taste).

+: Convenient location for dive shop pickup. Inexpensive. Staff friendly. Restaurant mostly quite good.

-: Rooms badly need updating and general maintenance. Grimy in places Grounds are poorly maintained.

+: The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast service and food were excellent. Views from the rooms and balconies are classic tropical sea views. The days I went out on a boat--one dive and one snorkel trip--the freelance staff (especially the dive instructor Marcus and the snorkel guide George) were excellent.

-: A huge disappointment: the dive shop does not accommodate snorkelers-or divers-that well. When I booked, I specifically inquired about snorkeling from the boats, and they responded by asking me to let them know when I wanted to go. I did. They never got back to me. When I arrived I was told that the dive boats were full--they only use a large boat some days--and I had only one opportunity to go out and snorkel from the boat. Their diving doesn't appear to be much better organized. I waited an hour on the dive boat while another party had to prove that they already paid for their dives-they were not happy either. And after I tried diving, I had three days before leaving to get certified, but the dive shop manager had already told me the boats were full.
