-: falta mais opções de lanche na parte da tarde , agua de coco ou sucos naturais , cerveja quente e refrigerante servido sem gas pessoas com comportamento muito solto na piscina , para quem quer farra é o ideal o hotel poderiam ser mais iluminados a noite para que nao nos assutem os bichos soltos

+: Resort adult only moderno che si integra perfettamente con la natura.Spiaggia ampia con molti lettini, mare un po' mosso e con alghe al mattino.Stanza spaziosa, pulita, silenziosa e dotata di ogni confort.Varietà di scelte gastronomiche e buona qualità di cibo per essere un all inclusive.Personale attento e gentile, un grazie particolare a tutta l'equipe del ristorante Beloved.

-: Manca la possibilità di prendere uno snack veloce al pomeriggio (gelato, pizza, panini) senza doversi per forza sedere.

+: After a wonderful experience at another Catalonia location last year (Playa Maroma), I couldn't wait to visit this one. The "Privileged" upgrade (such an odd word choice) is a must for the sole purpose of being allowed to sit and eat at the amazing BeLoved restaurant on the beach. It was almost $100 more per day, but this made our vacation. As much as it's small, it was a nice surprise that no reservations were needed at any time there. The Rauxa was the best of all other restaurants, and quite entertaining.

-: Compared to Catalonia Playa Maroma it was a bit of a disappointment. This resort is much smaller with much less options. The beach is smaller, they work manually to clear the seaweed, which is quite ineffective. The evening entertainment is quite weak. The Terrace restaurant has a beautiful setting outdoors, but the food is disappointing. The Tuscan restaurant has great food, but the space feels like a facility dining hall, couldn't wait to get out of there. The downside of our stay was the moldy smell in the room. We asked to switch rooms, which was much better, but still, even several days after returning home our bags and anything we couldn't wash still reeks of the smell.

+: The area in Tulum is beautiful and I love how they respected the animals and the environment. So clean and the staff was amazing. Super friendly lots of activities. The beach was absolutely stunning.

+: everyone was very nice. had some great meals and some OK meals.

-: Everything was fine, I just don't know that I agree it was a 5 star resort. it was slightly dingy, AC in some areas did not work well; my room was fine, but there were some faint stains on the pillowcases, the food in the mini bar was stale. Just small details that I think are not seen in 5 star places. Having said all that, I would go back; just now have different expectations

+: Personal con excelente predisposición, trato muy amable. Comida deliciosa. El hotel siempre limpio. Hermoso lugar para descansar, me encantó!
