+: First of all, I have a special remark about the accommodation conditions. The architecture is special, the gardens are wonderful, the sea view is fabulous, and it is very very clean. As it was at Temptation, a resort from the same group, the food and drinks were of high quality, and the services were of high quality. And just like at Temptation, it's common to tip to bartenders, waiters, pool attendants, etc, but it seems that this habit is part of the landscape... This is not a bad thing, but it's good to know that this is how it is used on the Mayan Riviera. Also for good information, I would like to specify that the average age of the customers is around 50, which is why the atmosphere is much quieter than they say. And we really liked the quiet mornings on the grass, in front of the villa, close to the seaside...

+: The staff was exceptional. They treated us like royalty. Very friendly and always there to help.

-: Beer options were limited. I was hoping to at least get a Japanese beer in their Japanese restaurant but they only offer Mexican beer throughout the resort.

-: men verkocht een dikke meerpijs bij binnenkomst een mooiere kamer nou dat was het echt wel. Alleen direct aan de grote jacuzzi, wil je dan slapen nou dan kan je dat met een beetje geluk pas na 2.00 uur of 3 uur in de nacht ivm met luide muziek uit de boxen en dat is dan wel heel erg jammer verder mooi hotel en mooi concept wat ook een nadeel was dat je gestuurd wordt om na verschillende plekken te gaan in het hotel dat merk je dat dan ineens de service van drankjes wegvalt etc dat mag wel wat relaxter

+: The staff and experience

-: You pay full price for accommodations but get treated 2nd class at times. if you have not become a premier member, you can usually only get second row or third row chairs at the pool. Premier members can make restaurant reservations non members can’t make any restaurant reservations . So it is wait for premier members to not show up for their reservation to get a table. The resort keeps adding premier members so the non members are being more and more put in second class options. So be aware that you will pay a high price at the resort but as a non premier member at times you will be only entitled to second tier choices.

+: It was a wonderful staff. We can not say enough about the level of service that we received. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the pool attendants and to the wait staff. The food and drinks were good. We are looking forward to coming back.
