+: The staff

-: That they did not take into consideration that there were people from all over the world. And they seemed to cater towards just certain groups of people. Like large groups and everyone else seemed non important.

+: The personnel was very very kind and helpful.

-: The facilities kind of outdated. Smell to old furnitures when you get into the rooms. Only a few beach umbrellas which was annoying due the extreme heat during the day and you stay in an Ocean front All inclusive resort not to worry about this kind of issues.

-: The souvenir store near the elevator clerks were rude and followed us around the store. The furniture in the hallway and room needs updating.

+: Right up by a nice beach.

-: The resort is old and needs renovations. It rained and a very large piece of ceiling fell. Food is not good- nor the buffet or the restaurants. Not many activities (we had an ice cream course..... except that they didn't teach us how to make ice cream, they only told us the ingredients- it lasted 5 mins, I'm not kidding). At the beach, to sit under the beach canopy is $100 USDday. The only other method of shade are a few umbrellas. There are about 8, and they are almost always taken for the full day, unless you're an early bird. Very few long chairs on the beach.
