+: Highly do not recommend, worst hotel stay that I have ever had. My first night I was placed in a hotel room directly above the theatre that has LOUD entertainment every night starting at 9pm until at least past midnight. The hotel did eventually move me to another room and I was supposed to be “gracious” that they weren’t charging me more money for this new room - it was quieter, but the shower in the new room had zero water pressure. The hotel is all inclusive and boasts that it has three sit down restaurants plus a buffet- you can’t book reservations til you check in so you won’t get one your first night. Only 2 out of the 3 restaurants are actually open. I made reservations one night and when I went to the restaurant at my reservation time, it was closed. I went to the main desk and was told there was a problem and that they opened up another restaurant because of this and that they would seat me. I went down to this other restaurant and was told I could not sit because they were fully booked- so the manager outright lied. Ended up spending $30 on taxis and $200 on dinner elsewhere because we were tired of the same buffet food and had been looking forward to a traditional sit down dinner. At check out I asked for a manager to discuss all of the problems that I had but was told there was no manager on site and no one had the authority to make any adjustments. Don’t waste your money here. You’ll be upset and frustrated your entire stay. I wish I had stayed home, it would’ve been more relaxing.

+: La mayoria de las personas que trabajan en el hotel fueron muy amables, a otras les falto un poco. Excelente personal de entretenimiento, fueron muy divertidos y amigables (10 puntos para ellos). El servicio de internet muy bueno. El servicio de tv en la habitacion excelente. El chocolate en el desayuno fue lo mejor para mi, muy rico. En general el servicio de comidas y comedor muy bien. Volveria un millon de veces si puediera. Gracias por todo.

-: Me hubiera gustado que el servicio de la piscina fuera 24 horas. Es claro que necesitan mantenimiento diario, pero al tener 3 piscinas, creo que se hubiera podido dejar una abierta (intercaladamente) para disfrutarla en horas de la noche. No obstante, quiero dejar claro que las piscinas son espectaculares y super agradables.

-: No early check-in even though rooms were cleaned. Could not get reservations at any of the restaurants there, you must book before you go!!!!
