+: The pool is very nice and clean. Nice comfortable beds, pillows are still too hard, but they are getting a bit softer through time. Milo ( door man) is top notch and is always friendly to us! He is a wonderful representative for the Grand Hotel Tijuana! The Plaza breakfast and dinner options are great. Everyone is very nice here. They have great hot water!! We just love this hotel, we just keep coming back time and time again.

-: The MUSIC being played at the pool was WAY TOO LOUD! The first day we went to the pool we ended up leaving because we could not relax and read our books. The next time we realized it was not another customer it was the hotel staff. Had to speak to management to get them to turn it down (off preferred) so we could enjoy the pool for a while. The other 2 people out there agreed it was TOO LOUD and they were THANKFUL we had spoke to management to get it shut off.

+: Todas las instalaciones son excelentes

-: No one was really helpful I wish they would speak a lot more English every time we wanted to leave the hotel the guy at the booth would charge us just to leave which I don’t understand why . The food wasn’t the greatest there’s was ALOT OF MIS COMMUNICATION.

+: Everything also has a Casino. Valet parking service was excellent! Great job guys.
