+: The staff, views and beached were amazing

-: There was bird poop EVERYWHERE and the staff did not clean it. It was Turn nesting season so there was hundreds of birds, but they could have cleaned the sidewalks daily. There were birds (NOT Turns) flying through the bar area, which is fine but, they pooped all over the couches and the staff did not feel it was necessary to clean it. There was also poop all over the beach chairs, these should have been cleaned every morning during set up. In our room there was rust on the sheer curtains from the sliding door. Paint was peeling from the ceiling on the balcony, and around the bathroom window. There was a large water stain on the bathroom wall, there was no art work on the wall( made the room very bland). The long dock was disgusting! Bad enough that it stank (seaweed season) but was completely covered in bird poop. Again something that could have been cleaned daily. This is rated as a 4-5 star resort. I would currently put it at a 3 with 5star prices.

-: Our family travels a lot and has never been as disappointed with a hotel as we were this time. In our view, it deserves three stars, no more. The lobbyreception lacks air conditioning and has no place to store belongings (They were in the lobby and exposed to everyone until we received our room). The pool is very small and has only 10 sunbeds, some of which are broken. This is not apparent from the photos on Booking.com, where everything looks new and nice. Also, the photos made it seem like access to the sea area was exclusive to the hotel, but it turns out that anyone can also enter from the beach across to the same spot. Moreover, our hotel experience was very unpleasant. We were given a room in a settlement of hundreds of birds, with a very bad smell and an extremely unpleasant feeling due to the presence of droppings and bird noise at the room entrance. Therefore, we requested a room change. It’s a pity they initially gave us this problematic room that many had requested to change because it was really unpleasant to stay in. It’s a shame we wasted valuable time until we got another room. During this time, we were all disappointed and upset. After we received another room, we were happy, but very quickly, our feelings changed again. There is no WiFi or cellphone signal in the room, the shower doesn’t function properly, and it’s not pleasant to shower there because the faucet is broken. When we went to sleep, the mattress was very poor because there was a dip in the bed. The hotel facilities are below standard. We did not complain at the hotel after we received the second room, as we did not want to ruin our vacation and waste precious time. It’s worth noting something positive about the hotel: some of the staff at the reception and restaurants were delightful and provided excellent service.

+: Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, das Bedienungspersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich

-: Empfang: Der Empfang bei unserer Ankunft war lieblos. Unsere Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse wurden durchweg enttäuscht. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals incl. des Managements hat sich auf das aufdringliche Werben für den Verkauf einer Mitgliedschaft beschränkt. All Inclusive: Erst bei der Bestellung unseres ersten Getränks an der Bar wurde uns mitgeteilt, daß wir nicht für ein vollumfängliches All Inclusive qualifiziert waren. Dazu hätten wir eine Mitgliedschaft haben müssen, was weder im Angebot ausgewiesen war, noch beim Check in darauf hingeweisen wurde. Unterkunft: Das Zimmer war ok, alle anderen Einrichtungen des Hotels waren stark vernachlässigt. An dem eigentlich schönen Hotel fehlt es durchweg an Pflege und Maintenance. Von durch Vögel stark verschmutzen und nicht gereinigten Zuwegen zu den Appartments und Restaurants bis hin zu völlig maroden und zum Teil gefährlich defekten Zugängen zum Strand, fehlte es an vielen Stellen an erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Erhaltung der Anlage. Restaurants: Von den drei Restaurants war das Essen im Buffet-Restaurant gut und abwechslungsreich. Leider ist es uns in fünf Tagen nicht gelungen eine Reservierung in einem der beiden anderen Restaurants zu bekommen. Wie mehrere andere Gäste, die wir kennen lernten, haben wir deshalb mehrmals Restaurants ausserhalb des Hotels besucht. Unangenehm und störend empfanden wir Events mit Büffet-Service auf dem Hotelgelände, die offensichtlich ausschließlich für Mitglieder angeboten wurde. Eine derartige Disqualifikation haben wir währen vieler Aufenthalte in anderen guten All-Inclusive Hotels nie erlebt. Als Fazit bleibt festzuhalten, dass es sich hier um ein vernachlässigte, mittelmässiges Hotel handelt das sich bestenfall für drei Sterne qualifiziert

-: Das Essensangebot war nicht so wie wir es erwartet hatten für ein solches Hotel

+: Top Lage und Essen

-: Sportgeräte wie SUP Boards und Fahrräder waren mittelprächtig. Boards nicht richtig aufgeblasen, Fahrradsitze wurden nicht verstellt.
