-: Bad food and small resort.

+: Majority of the staff were kind and helpful. Food at the restaurants was good. The pool areas were great. Bed was comfortable and room was decent. Wedding venueevents were nice. Gym was adequate to burn off the extra calories.

-: The hotel check in staff were not honest. I purchased a king room and they gave me a double, and attempted to state that it's a request and the fine print stated two beds. Stated there wasn't any king rooms despite that being a lie because they were trying to upcharge for the premier cost. Spent too much time trying to fix that which took time away from the vacationplanned events. My other family staying were told the hotel was overbooked and they couldn't accommodate their original reservation for the first two days despite that not being true. Everything felt like an upcharge at the resort. First spa I've been to where the amenities like the sauna are not included when you purchase a massage. Food in the buffet was just ok. Alcoholic drinks were clearly watered down, and many drinks tasted artificial and not good. The gift shop is a racket! Toothpaste and mouthwash shouldn't cost $40!

+: Nos decepcionó bastante, en las fotos se ve mil veces mejor de lo que es… el lugar estaba muy sucio, nunca había camastros disponibles… y la comida estaba bastante insignificante… los restaurantes super equis. La habitación tenía olor a humedad… las almohadas horribles, el sofá cama super duro, mis niñas terminaban durmiendo en la cama con nosotros.

+: La comida es buena

-: Que hacen fiestas y no dejan descansas hasta altas horas con música fuerte se escucha en todas las habitaciones el personal grosero

+: I was there for a wedding and it was beautiful.

-: Allegedly my grown son was in a fight. I was called in my room and told if I didn't leave the premises he would be arrested. We were there with 70 other guess and many said he was not drunk when he left them 20 minutes prior. My son doesn't remember anything. He was beaten up. It's as if he was drugged or something. What makes matters worse we left 2:00 in the morning when I came back to the resort I wasn't allowed back on. My son is in his 40's and was in a separate room and booked a flight back home. I had nothing to do with anything. I lost two days stay. I was in the room with my 20 yr old niece. I had to pay to have our flight changed. I would never recommend Dreams Natura to anyone.

+: Wedding planners did a great job

-: 1. Musty damp room with black mold on ceiling.2. Changed to new room but second room was still very damp and a little less musty but had no visible mold on walls or ceiling like our first room. Humidity level in room never went below 85%. Everything felt damp. The cool tile floor would be wet with condensation. Call front desk to complain and they send a housekeeper to mop your floor but that never really dries because of the high humidity. Furniture nicked up. Safe batteries dead. Drapes off the rails in the middle where they meet. Ran out of hot water a couple times while bathing.3. Eventually a third room after room 2 became unbearable after the air conditioner failed. Yes, 3 rooms in six days. Our third room, 1614, was less humid at 74% and felt better than 85% but still high in my opinion. Hot tub slanted in the room which led water shooting all over our personal belongings and luggage. Black debris in tub after draining. I suggest filling tub and flushing a few times before using. In all the room was in better shape than our first two rooms but still lacked in quality that you would expect from the Hyatt name. No phone cord on the phone and the speaker was broken which left me frustrated when trying to call front desk on the hot tub.4. Here’s how I thought the food was. I lost 6 pounds in six days on an all inclusive property and I wasn’t on a diet. I can eat just about anything and have never been accused of being picky. With that said, food was marginal at best. I can remember only two meals in six days where I said “hey, that was pretty good.” One of them was the Wedding meal. Restaurants were randomly closed which messed up our schedule we had. When asking staff about the closures we were told they were short staffed. Forget about room service because you will be let down. Ordered a pot of coffee the night before everyday. Saw the coffee brought up 45 minutes earlier than specified time and late at other times. Coffee was delicious.
