-: Unfortunately the list could go on. The up keep on this hotel is near non existent I would say. The roof top poolbar literally looks like an abandoned building. The bar is closed and stacked full of the cushions from the chairs. The pool has missing tiles on the floor which is a hazard, the stairs into the water aren’t attached to a solid ground it’s all loose, tiles around the pool uneven, only 4 chairs, all of it looks nothing like the photos. And the staff when you arrived still tell you the pool and bar are on the top level even though the bar is non existent. Days we had to go down and ask for new towels again as the ones in the room had been delivered with stains. There is mould in the bathrooms around the bath and taps Due to being in a different country you understand there is a language barrier but the staff barely understood what you were saying. We have been to Thailand 7 times and never experienced such lack of English or such lack of wanting to try and help the customers. We have stayed here on a couple of different occasions and wouldnt return

+: The location of the accommodation was perfect. nice and close to the beach and the a main street in Patong.

-: This was a very disappointing stay for many reasons. The room and hotel facilities did not match the images provided on your website. The bathroom was dirty and ages, with mold surrounding the bath and shower area. The couch in the room was dirty and stained and the towels in the room were often still dirty even after the room had been cleaned. The air con in the room continually had issues, which normally resulted on my hotel room being damp and the floor being covered in water making is exceptionally slippery. Hotel staff were notified numerous times throughout my stay and at no stage was a offered a change of room or was this resolved quickly. The bed was lumpy and not at all comfortable and the balcony furniture was dirty and old. The hotel was listed as having a pool and roof top bar; however, the roof top bar is now closed, and the pool is in desperate need of renovating. There are many tiles missing from the bottom of the pool causing lots of Sharpe edges to be mindful of. The ladder out of the pool is broken and moves all over the place and the lounge chairs are broken and dirty. The edge of the pool is also uneven and has many areas that are Sharpe and unsafe. The pool area also has signs suggesting that no outside food or beverages are to be taken to the pool which means if you are spending any length of time up there you have to come down to eat or drink anything people the bar is closed, and they do not offer any other facilities. The staff at the hotel, didn't speak great English either which made communication with the staff very difficult.

+: Being disabled it was very good for me the location was ideal. The staff were all helping and very friendly.
