+: Excellent property terrace garden pool view

-: Reception insisted on non view room despite the fact that the hotel was emptyVery very very dated roomsIsolated location with nothing in walking distance . The road to Pratamnak is closed so you need a 12 minutes walk up hill to get to patamanak beach

+: We had a wedding in the grounds of the hotel. The hotel did a wonderful job and the food was very good. It's a beautiful location and I would highly recomend it. We used a Presidential suite as the get ready room. It was perfect. Lots of space for everyone to work.

-: The Presidential Suite was really good.... except for the bed. For a side sleeper the bed was to hard. I would recommend they use a mattress topper or a new mattress.

+: Vị trí,, cảnh quan và bãi tắm của khu rất tuyệt. Khu nhà hàng mới và ở vị trí rất đẹp, có tầm nhìn ra biển, vị trí để ngắm hoàng hôn trên biển rất tuyệt vời.

-: Nên nâng cấp trang thiết bị lại nội thất của khácg sạn thì sẽ rất tuyệt vời.

+: Old hotel but at least clean!

-: A bit off town and no public transit. Need to walk down to the main street in order to get the taxi.The beach is not that clean. The worst part is there aren’t any umbrellas and lounge chairs by the beach. Make no private beach feel at all! The desk staffs don’t show very welcoming. Not a good impression as the front of the house! The image is very poor too.

+: Amazing location as I haven’t been there for 30 years and the hardware still very functional.The beach below the hotel is the highlight and very quiet hotel despite a big group booking

-: The worst is the staff starting with the bellboy at entrance acting like general manager as actually came earlier then permitted beside sending many messages with email provided by booking .com but never answered .So rudely answered by this person and told me to wait into the lobby for three hours as no room available and same speech by receptionist then asked to see front manager and explaining the situation and thank god help me to find a room available .So terrible to say but always insist and ask the person in charge because the rest useless .Also staff at breakfast room useless and Buffett very low quality .Next time suggestions to avoid breakfast .Also no help provided with luggages when left even do three persons there looking at me .
