+: Was in a good location between Kata and Karon beach .

-: There is a very steep hill that you need to climb up and down to get to the Main Street to go to shops or beaches. Beaches are a 10 minute walk away . If you have young kids or older people traveling with you do not stay in this area .Hotel is quite tired and could do with some renovations but considering the price it was fine for what we needed. There is no restaurant breakfast etc but the apartment we had was comfortable and clean and had cooking facilities if you want to cook. Rooms were not serviced in the 3 days we stayed there . This did not bother us but just be aware of it. Hotel staff were lovely at reception area but spoke only a little English .

-: موقع الفندق في طلعة يصعب الطلوع اليها لكبار السن و الاطفال وبعده عن الخدمات بعض الشيئ هذا فقط أما غير ذلك فكان كل شيئ جميل جدا جدا جدا
