+: Good location in jomtien price.The cleaner staff on the 3rd floor was very friendly and did a good job,10 points for that.
-: The furniture is quite old even though in good stand,specifically 1st floor . At the chair corner, it has old torn from bites or else i don't know. So, if you are traveling with a pet, you might check it first to protect the extra cost for destroying furniture that your pet did not do it. If you have a pet, it will cost an extra 300 bath per night On the booking.com doesn't have information about they will charge 500 bath per room for the key card deposit. So you need to prepare the extra money for that. (They paid back to you when you checked out) The front desk staff in the afternoon shift is quite often busy with the private mobile telephone who sometimes doesn't even look who is entry to the door.
