+: Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to my complaint about the room air conditioning not working - they fixed it quickly. Convenient location - liked the Kata Street Food Market nearby - great to eat there daily. Liked the Watson pharmacy near by which had a good selection of skincare products. 7-Eleven close by also provided access to ATMs which was a plus.

-: Pool - pool was disappointing. Not a pool one would want to hang out. Bathroom - the water leaked out of the shower that wet the floor. Would be nice if the shower water didn't leak out all over the bathroom floor. Noise - my room was near construction side. Wasn't bothered by construction noise but a rooster that crowed consistently at 5am and woke me up every single day. Soundproofing in the room would be ideal or getting rid of the rooster!

+: 全く写真通り。設備の新しさもきれいさも写真の通りでした。屋上のプールも快適でした

-: 部屋が狭い。トランクを開けるスペースもあまりありません

+: Loved the spa pool outside the room, private and clean

-: Hotel had unfortunately been flooded a few days before so much cleanup and lifts not working. Could not access 5fl pool and bar. I was warned on bookin and staff did their best.

-: I’ve never experienced anything like this with any hotel I’ve stayed at. This hotel got flooded, we had no electricity for almost 2 days and had constant noise from workers. I lost $500 and my time because I decided to use their carpark. There was no compensation or communication from the hotel after I left. Avoid this hotel!

+: Pool on the roof. Room with enough space for families.

-: The underground parking garage and all cars were flooded. There was no help whatsoever from the hotel staff. We were required to check out of our room by 12, even though our belongings and car were still in the flooded garage. The hotel has no insurance, so we are left to deal with the damage ourselves and were essentially kicked out.

+: La ubicación y atención del personal. El desayuno muy completo, sin duda para repetir. Gracias!!!
