+: Very good hotel, the room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. It is very close to the beach and you can walk there. Sam is very nice. Looking forward to the next vacation. I will choose this hotel again next time.

-: Het was erg gehorig op de gangen. Als mensen weg gingen of thuiskwamen hoorde je alles.Wij hadden de pech dat er een vervelende baby was die hele dag en nacht bleef huilen.

+: Ideally located within a 2 minute walk to the beach, excellent value for money, but it’s the small things that make this place so special. Like beach towels, beach umbrellas and beach straw mats that you can use at any time for free. It’s the umbrellas hanging on a hook for use if it’s raining. And the free coffee, toast, jam and freshly cut watermelon any time of the day. And the service and smiles are beyond compare. Thanks to Sam for all of his help for tours and suggestions, and a huge thanks to Dang for making me feel so welcome.

+: We liked everything. Sam and his family are great hosts. Location is perfect closed to the beach, also to restaurants and night markets. Sam makes you feel like at home. We initially booked 2 nights and ended up staying 5.
