-: The apartment offered to us was not the same as we booked and pre.paid 5 nights. We did not accept this and asked for a refund after moving to a different apartment - at higher cost. We received a small part of the refund in the form of wallet credit. Not good enough!

+: Magnificent interior and view from terrace of lovely gardens
-: At the end of our stay we were presented with quite a large electricity bill. In the fine print it had stated that electricity charges MAY apply. Had we been told that these DID apply as we checked in, we would’ve made a more concerted effort, but it was not stated and we were shocked with the bill.
