+: The pool was great, and the location was very convenient.

-: When we arrived, one of the front of office staff was very rude to our group and spoke to us very disrespectfully for no reason - we had just arrived and wanted to check-in!Our front door could not lock from the inside and only had a chain bolt. During the last night, the wind blew our door open and I had to rush close it in my underwear. We had to stack chairs in front of the door.The venue has nice common areas, but the room we had was old, moderately clean, and in need of maintenance.

+: We have stayed here a few times and always love the rooms, location, the pool area and the staff. This time it was my partners birthday and they brought him a cake to celebrate which was so kind and thoughtful!

-: This time when we arrived it seemed like a new staff member (we hadnt seen her before) checked us in who was quite unfriendly to us and other guests, but everyone else who works there has always been lovely.

-: I expected a cabana with a tropical view, but I ended up in a room looking towards the parking lot. The laundry service was unbelievably expensive.

+: Rooms were clean, good size, fridge available in rooms, house keeping if wanted, safe at the office desk with personal key provided, restaurant, pool side bar food and massage facilities available on site, close to major shopping mall Terminal 21 and busy streets of Pattaya. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke English.
